Abstract: Zimbabwe's geological work is relatively backward，lack of geological data，a large number of mineral resources buried deep underground to be developed. Combined with the metallogenic geological characteristics of Zimbabwe，the geological characteristics of FROG gold deposit are analyzed from the aspects of strata，structure，mineralization belt characteristics and ore-controlling factors. The results show that the Archean Bulawayo Group strata and the NW-SE structure are the main ore-controlling factors of the FROG gold deposit. The mining area has great prospecting potential and rich prospecting marks.
