Abstract: In order to efficiently recycle a high-sulfur lead-zinc polymetallic ore in Inner Mongolia, an experimental study was carried out on the preferential flotation process of lead,zinc and sulfur,aiming at the characteristics of complex mineral composition,interstitial filling and cementation between sphalerite,galenite and pyrite,large bending change of contact surface,complex dissemination relationship and fine parti⁃ cle size. The lead concentrate grade of 45.29% and recovery rate of 38.83%,gold grade of 2.66 g/t,silver grade of 59.70 g/t,zinc concentrate grade of 46.80% and recovery rate of 81.52%,sulfur concentrate grade of 48.63% and recovery rate of 84.19% are obtained by experiment,which provides a reliable technical basis for the production of concentrator.
