Abstract: In order to understand the influence of the grinding environment on flotation，the analysis was carried out on the particle size of the grinding products，the pulp chemical properties，the dissolved ox⁃ ygen in the pulp，foam characteristics，added reagents (the most common ones such as lime and cyanide， etc.)，grinding equipment and other aspects.Then，pertinent suggestions were put forward.
