Abstract: In order to minimize the impact of mine production on the environment，from the perspec⁃ tive of mine general layout design，the influence of mountain local wind on the environment in the mine general layout design and the influence of mine general layout on the energy consumption in the production process are analyzed，and the outdoor wind environment of the site is scientifically calculated and analyzed by numerical simulation. The results show that in the mountainous area with complex terrain，it is obvious⁃ ly inappropriate to use the local wind direction rose diagram to judge the wind，and the airflow direction should be reasonably judged according to the terrain. It can not only fundamentally alleviate the impact of mine production on the plant environment，but also has a positive impact on energy consumption such as ventilation and warmth.
