Abstract: In order to build the mine production process of data analysis and time control mode，aim⁃ ing at the main process of "perforation，blasting，mining and loading，transportation，crushing，grinding and separation，concentrate transportation and tailings discharge"，a variety of innovative methods and tools are used to carry out lean production management，so as to eliminate bottlenecks，equipment failures，stagna⁃ tion，type change，information blockage and other problems existing in the process.By promoting the time control mode，the efficiency of the production processes of mining，selection and transportation is signifi⁃ cantly improved.The working time of mining system accounted for 66.04%，increased by 8.04% year on year，and other non-working time decreased synchronously. The grinding and separation system accounted for 90.86% of the operation time，0.69% higher than last year.Piping system time accounted for 97.2%，up 0.4% from the same period last year.The "blasting instead of breaking" project was fully implemented.The efficiency of mining equipment and the platform efficiency of crushing area were significantly improved.The platform efficiency of coarse crushing was 2 485 t/h，up 6.1% year on year.
