Abstract: With the development of mobile Internet technology and the needs of the post-epidemic era，traditional face-to-face learning and electronic learning methods can no longer meet the needs of en⁃ terprises，students and regulatory authorities.Through the comparison of face-to-face learning，traditional electronic learning and mobile learning three existing learning modes，the problems existing in the first two modes are analyzed from multiple angles.And the applicability of mobile learning mode in the field of safety education is analyzed and summarized from the characteristics of safety education and training，policies and systems，technical equipment，and training needs of all parties，and it is believed that mobile learning mode can better meet the needs of enterprise safety education and training.
