Abstract: Through the fault tree analysis method,the fault factors of semi-continuous coal handling system in open pit mine are systematically analyzed.The accident tree of semi-continuous coal handling system in open pit mine is established.The minimum cut set and minimum path set are simplified by using Boolean algebra method to simplify the fault tree,preliminary qualitative analysis.Combined with the actual production data of the mine,quantitative analysis is carried out from the two aspects of probability importance and critical importance.The factors are analyzed and compared,and the main factors of each influencing factor are pointed out.The failure rate of semi-continuous coal transportation system is obtained.The proposed measures are conducive to system stability.
