Abstract: In view of Xiaojihan Coal Mine 217 large mining height are broken problem of dust pollution in the production process of fully mechanized working face, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of producing dust, put forward "after suppression, control, and then drop" dust control train of thought, decided in the working face tracking spray dust control system using dust source + rocker arm high pressure spray coal tractor shot charged dust dust, the dust control technique of combining and according to the stent during the down move frame column producing dust the characteristics of large amount of design of the support frame hydraulic ejector between dust removal device. After the above dust removal measures were taken, the total dust concentration and respirable dust concentration of the working face during normal production were reduced by 90% and more than 86% respectively, and significant dust removal effect was achieved.
