Optimization Study on Beneficiation Process of Luohe Hematite

Abstract

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of the bad Luohe hematite separation indexes,reviewed existing mineral processing flowsheet in detail,deeply analyzed the reason of bad separation indexes.Test on process optimization of spiral chute one roughing-one cleaning-spiral chute tailings classification gravity concentration was carried out.The better test separation indexes were obtained which could be served as basises of site process optimization and transformation.
