Abstract: According to the original scheme II period of the hanging wall ore of Gushan Iron Mine of Masteel,the excavating engineering in -90 m level with the height of 10 m,the chamber roof of -90 m middle section is close to backfilling body in openpit mining pit,the recovery rate is less than 50%and mining safety cannot be guaranteed.The combined mining scheme of the two middle sections of -100 m and -82 m is designed,taking ores distributed in 6# transverse drift region of -100~-82 m level as the study example,the designed mining sequence is chamber mining first,then flling goaf;chamber mining secondly,then,filling goaf;mining the pillars thirdly,then filling the goaf.The shallow hole shrinkage and subsequent filling method is adopted,the measures of reserving roof security pillars and roof supporting are taken,so as to guarantee the stability of roadway surrounding rock mass.The application results of the combined mining scheme show that,the recovery rate (90%) in increased significantly,the production costs is reduced and the mining safety is guaranteed.The combined mining scheme proposed in this paper can provide some reliable reference for the mining activities of the similar mines.
