Research on the Swelling Rock Roadway Stability under the Condition of Bolt-shotcrete Support

Abstract: In order to analyze the reason of swelling rock roadway deformation,the expansion characteristics of the ore-rock in a molybdenum mine is analyzed by adopting the confining expansion rate test.Based on the Mohr-coulomb strength criterion,the axisymmetric swelling rock roadway elastic-plastic characteristics is analyzed,and the wet shotcrete+resin anchoring bolt+steel arch support method is proposed,besides that,the convergence deformation and surrounding rock movement are monitored.The study results show that the smaller of supporting force and the greater of expansion force,the greater of radius of plastic zone and the instability of swelling rock roadway;wet shotcrete + resin anchoring bolt+steel arch coupling support can effectively control the rock deformation and dramatically reduce support costs.The study results of the paper can provide the basis for the same or similar mine.
