Abstract: Taking the instability deformation of the surrounding rock of soft rock overhead roadway of 3209 caving working face of Shanxi tiandi wangpo coal mining Co.,Ltd as the study background,the factors of intensity of surrounding rock,in-situ stress,rock mass structural characteristics,groundwater,dip angle of rock strum,adjacent engineering,roadway shape,roadway span,construction techniques,construction quality are analyzed synthetically by adopting the analytic hierarchy process,the general ranking results of weights of the above ten factors are given to provide the theoretical basis for the controlling of the stability of surrounding rock of roadway.
