Abstract: Distribution characteristic of tungsten and sulfur, phase and liberation of tungsten mineral in rough tin concentrate from Yunxi old plant was studied. The results show that with closed grinding operation, sulfur flotation of one roughing, one cleaning, two scavenging, and tungsten flotation of one roughing, two cleaning, three scavenging process, sulfur concentrate with 35.78% grade and 96.36% recovery, tungsten concentrate with 5.02% WO₃ grade and 50.19% recovery, and tin concentrate with 29.28% grade and 96.42% recovery was achieved.
