Abstract: Taking the automatic control system of gas drainage machine of a coal mine as an example, the PLC and configuration software are integrated into the system so as to achieve the purpose of automatic controlling. Firstly, the hardware structure of the system are introduced, then, the influence of drainage negative pressure and CO concentration of pipe to the whole drainage system and the process drainage are analyzed, besides that, the accurate control methods of the two parameters are discussed. The research results show that, the reliability and safety compliance with requirements for practical use.
