Abstract: The NAP Scheduler software is adopted to optimize the open-pit boundary of a Lead-Zine mine of overseas based on the geological block model. So, the optimized open-pit boundary and stripping schedule of the Lead-Zine mine are obtained. The research results in this paper can provide technical solution and decision-making basis for open-pit mining and investment of mines.
