Abstract: Coal seam adsorption characteristic is an important aspect of coal and gas outburst research, and a large number of experimental studies and theoretical researches have been carried out by numerous scholars. Absorption mathematical model and absorption influence factors of coal body containing gas are summarized systematically at home and abroad. Meanwhile, some problems and difficulties existing in coal body containing gas adsorption research in China are analyzed. Development trend of further coal body containing gas absorption research and problems needed to resolve are further discussed.
