Abstract: According to the fact of the feature of a copper molybdenum ore, the low molybdenum recovery and low molybdenum grade, taking the lime as adjustment of slurry pH value, mixed use Z-200#, butyl xanthate and kerosene as collector, sodium sulfide copper as inhibitors, sodium silicate as copper molybdenum separation dispersing agent, realize copper molybdenum efficient flotation recovery and improve the quality of molybdenum concentrate. In the laboratory condition test, on the basis of the production process in accordance with the laboratory small closed-circuit test, obtained a copper concentrate grade and recovery each 22.48%, 92.41%, molybdenum concentrate grade and recovery each 48.32%, 91.12%, molybdenum pure copper fell to 0.89%.
