Abstract: History and current development situation of gold industry in Jilin province are summarized, advantages of gold industry and its latent future development in Jilin province and main problems existing in gold industry of Jilin province currently are pointed out, suggestions and comments of accelerate the development of gold industry of Jilin province are proposed.
