Research on Bearing Pressure Evolution Law of Section Pillar Middle Tunnel

Abstract: Taken the section pillar middle tunnel of a coal mine in Huangling as an example, similar simulation experiment method was adopt to analysis the stress distribution law of coal pillar after full mining and stress distribution characteristic of opposite side pillar during tunnel excavation process in one side pillar, and the deformation and failure law and stress distribution situation of overlying strata were discussed. The test results indicates that inverted triangle structure formed after working face mining and tunnel excavation in one side pillar were the main reasons for stress increasing of opposite side pillar. Meanwhile, destruction line of overlying strata after pillar buckling collapse was obtained, and it has a certain guiding significance to tunnel support.
