Abstract: Taking the Baixiangshan iron ore as the engineering background, aimed at the problems like the large distribution of surface water within the mine,complicated hydrogeology condition of deposit, stability of roadway affected largely by water,many joint fissure and structure in surrounding rock, primary roadway support proposal was optimized. Combining with different characteristics of surrounding rock and geological condition, technology of anchoring and shotcreting unite support and secondary coupling supporting system were adopt on optimized support. Through the check of numerical simulation,the result of optimized support plan was good.
