Beneficiation Test of A Iron-Sulfur-Copper Polymetallic Ores

Abstract: Studied the characteristic of a iron-sulfur-copper polymetallic ores from Anhui province and found the complicated dissemination between iron,sulfur and copper,rough and fine uneven disseminated size.Taking stage grinding to primary ores,and group technology of magnetic separation and flotation,can get the iron concentrate with grade at 66.08%,sulfur grade at 0.148%,recovery at 81.09%; sulfur-copper complex concentrate with S grade at 41.27%,S recovery at 75.08%.According to the test results,recommend the experiment process as stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-sulfur-copper bulk flotation-desulfurization of iron concentrate.
