Abstract: Taking a uranium ore as research target, animalcule leaching uranium effect of uranium ore with particle size 5.0～0.1 mm，10～0.1 mm，15～0.1 mm at the same condition were compared. Ideal animalcule leaching uranium particle size were confirmed after comparison of general leaching rate, general acid consumption, sludging and scaling and so on. Result indicated these three samples all could obtain leaching rate of over 90%,economic and technical indexes of sample 10～0.1mm were the best.
