Study on Mineral Processing Technology of a Lowgrade Iron Ore

Abstract

Abstract: Washability experimental research was done on a lowgrade magnetic iron ore, research result indicates, this ore belongs to coarse grain disseminated lowgrade magnetic iron ore, staged grinding technology could realize energysaving and emissionreduction, cost decreasing and effect increasing effectively. Suitable grinding fineness is -200 mesh content of the first and secondary stage ore grinding product take 60% and 85% separately; magnetic density of rough concentration and ore concentrate both are 120 kA/m。Finally iron grade of ore concentrate reached to 66.58%，recovery rate reached to 81.34%，a good beneficiation technical indicators were obtained.
