Abstract: In response to the problems such as fragmented systems, shallow data utilization and ho⁃ mogeneous solutions in the digital construction of metal mines,a differentiated digital R&D system based on types and stages was constructed. The research took Anhui Development Mining Co.,Ltd. in China and Las Bambas Copper Mine overseas as empirical cases, and proposed three differentiated implementation paths. In domestic operating mines, following the principle of "first connectivity then intelligence",unified data standards and the construction of a data center were adopted to revitalize existing assets and achieve full value chain collaboration;in overseas operating mines, the "reuse of mature systems + local adapta⁃ tion" strategy was adopted to solve technical implementation problems in special conditions such as high al⁃ titudes;for new mines, the principle of "foundation first,forward-looking reservation" was adhered to to avoid repeated trial and error. The practice shows that this system effectively eliminated information silos, improved equipment operation efficiency and safety monitoring capabilities, reduced the digital trial-anderror costs of new mines, and provided a replicable scenario adaptation solution for the intelligent upgrade of mines.
