选钼新型药剂性能对比及应用前景研究

摘要: 为了推动钼资源高效清洁利用,破解复杂铜钼矿分选难题,针对传统选钼药剂选择 性不足、用量大、环保性差等问题,系统梳理了选钼药剂的发展历程,重点分析了新型捕收剂、抑制 剂及起泡剂的结构特性和作用机理,从浮选指标、经济成本、环境影响等多维度进行了新型药剂与 传统药剂的对比,并结合典型工业应用实例,验证了新型药剂的实践效能。研究结果表明:新型选 钼药剂普遍具有选择性强、用量少、环境友好等特点,但工业适用性与成本控制仍存在局限性。未 来,选钼药剂应向高效化、绿色环保化、低成本通用化及“药剂-工艺”协同优化四大核心方向发展, 才能突破技术瓶颈,提升钼资源综合回收利用率。

Abstract: In order to promote the efficient and clean utilization of molybdenum resources and solve the separation problem of complex copper-molybdenum ore,aiming at the problems of insufficient selectiv⁃ ity,large dosage,poor environmental protection,the development process of molybdenum reagents is sys⁃ tematically reviewed,and the structural characteristics and mechanism of new collectors,inhibitors and foaming agents are emphatically analyzed.The comparison between the new reagent and the traditional re⁃ agent is carried out from the aspects of flotation index,economic cost and environmental impact. Combined with typical industrial application examples,the practical efficiency of the new reagent is verified.The re⁃ sults show that the new molybdenum reagents generally have the characteristics of strong selectivity,low dosage and environmental friendliness,but there are still limitations in industrial applicability and cost control.In the future,molybdenum reagents should be developed in the four core directions of high efficien⁃ cy,green environmental protection,low cost generalization and“reagent-process”collaborative optimiza⁃ tion,so as to break through the technical bottleneck and improve the comprehensive recovery and utiliza⁃ tion rate of molybdenum resources.
