湿电除尘在回转窑烟气重金属减排中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Wet Electrostatic Precipitators in Reducing Heavy Metals in Flue Gas from Rotary Kiln

摘要: 针对冶金固体废物回转窑处理过程中烟气重金属污染问题,以某利用含锌物料制备 次氧化锌的企业为例,开展了湿式静电除尘(WESP)技术在重金属减排中的应用研究。通过烟气 特性分析,选用高压静电除尘+喷淋除湿组合工艺进行治理,重点阐述了湿电除尘器的工作原理、 结构设计、关键部件选型及运行参数优化。实际应用结果表明,在稳定的全负荷工况下,末端烟气 经过高压静电除尘+喷淋除湿工艺处理后,烟气中颗粒物的平均去除效率达 71.10%,并对铅、镉、 汞、砷等重金属表现出协同减排效果,去除率分别为 66.67%、91.82%、85.33% 和 82.69%,对铬的去 除率接近 100%。研究表明,湿式静电除尘技术可有效协同降低颗粒物与多种重金属排放,为同类 涉重企业的烟气治理与重金属污染控制提供了可靠的技术参考。

Abstract: Addressing the issue of heavy metal pollution in flue gas generated during the treatment of metallurgical solid waste in rotary kilns,this study investigates the application of wet electrostatic precipi⁃ tation(WESP)technology for heavy metal emission reduction,using an enterprise that produces second⁃ ary zinc oxide from zinc-containing materials as a case study. Based on an analysis of flue gas characteris⁃ tics,a combined process of high-voltage electrostatic precipitation and spray dehumidification was select⁃ ed for treatment. The working principle,structural design,key component selection,and optimization of operating parameters for the wet electrostatic precipitator were elaborated. Practical application results show that under stable full-load conditions,after the flue gas is treated by the high-voltage electrostatic precipitation and spray dehumidification system,the average removal efficiency of particulate matter in the flue gas reaches 71.10%. Additionally,the system demonstrates a synergistic effect in reducing heavy met⁃ als such as lead,cadmium,mercury,and arsenic,with removal rates of 66.67%,91.82%,85.33%,and 82.69%,respectively. The removal rate for chromium is nearly 100%. The study indicates that wet electro⁃ static precipitation technology can effectively and synergistically reduce emissions of particulate matter and various heavy metals,providing a reliable technical reference for flue gas treatment and heavy metal pollu⁃ tion control in similar heavy metal-related enterprises.
