高浓度浮选工况下40 m3吸浆槽浮选机改造及应用

摘要: 针对某铜矿选矿厂因增产扩能导致浮选浓度由 32% 升至 38%~42%,超出原有 GF-40 浮选机设计范围,进而引发设备充气不足、沉槽、效率下降等问题,开展了系统性技术改造。借鉴 XCF 型浮选机的结构原理,对 GF-40 型浮选机实施了主轴、叶轮、定子等核心部件优化及外充气系 统搭建。改造后,浮选机沉槽故障得到根治,运行稳定性显著提升;在铜精矿品位稳定(>23%)的 前提下,回收率由 93.08% 微增至 93.09%;工艺改造还实现了备件成本降低、职工劳动强度减轻的 效果,短期内创造了可观的经济效益,同时为选矿厂后续工艺优化奠定了设备基础。

Abstract: In view of the problem that the flotation concentration increased from 32% to 38% ~ 42%,exceeding the design range of the original GF-40 flotation machine due to the increase of production and capacity expansion in a copper ore dressing plant,which leads to insufficient aeration of the equip⁃ ment,sink,efficiency decline and other problems,a systematic technical transformation was carried out. Based on the structural principle of XCF flotation machine,the optimization of core components such as spindle,impeller and stator and the construction of external aeration system were carried out for GF-40 flotation machine. After the transformation,the settling tank failure of the flotation machine was cured, and the operation stability was significantly improved. Under the premise of stable copper concentrate grade(>23%),the recovery rate increased slightly from 93.08% to 93.09%. The process transformation has also achieved the effect of reducing the cost of spare parts and reducing the labor intensity of workers, creating considerable economic benefits in the short term,and laying the equipment foundation for the sub⁃ sequent process optimization of the concentrator.
