Abstract: In order to systematically improve the level of mine safety production，based on the six di‐ mensional mine construction framework，focuses on the intrinsic safety construction path，and comprehen‐ sively analyzes the four factors of human，material，environment and management that affect the mine safe‐ ty. Starting from the five elements of safety legal system，safety responsibility，safety investment，safety technology and safety culture，an intrinsic safety construction system covering five dimensions of structures and facilities，equipment，process technology，operation process and consciousness behavior is construct‐ ed. Through the practical cases of many mining enterprises in Sinosteel Mining Industry，the effectiveness of the system in improving system safety and reducing accident rate is verified. The research shows that the con‐ tinuous improvement and high-quality development of mine safety production can be realized through sys‐ tematic and multi-dimensional intrinsic safety construction.
