气动助流清仓系统在大型平底粉矿料仓上的应用

摘要: 针对安徽马钢罗河铁矿选矿厂大型平底粉矿仓因物料粒度细、含水率高及含硫量高导 致的结拱、堵塞问题,提出了一种气动助流清仓系统解决方案。通过分析物料的力学特性及仓体结 构,发现物料内摩擦角增大和硫化物的化学反应是堵塞的主要原因。设计的气动助流系统采用压缩 空气瞬时喷射技术,通过分层布置喷嘴和自动化控制,有效降低了物料间的摩擦阻力并破坏烧结块。 实际应用表明,系统显著改善了料仓流动性,使有效容积利用率从40%提升至80%,同时避免了人工 清仓的安全隐患,实现了高效、安全、环保的生产目标。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of arching and blockage caused by fine particle size,high water con⁃ tent and high sulfur content in the large flat-bottomed powder ore bin of Luohe Iron Ore Dressing Plant of Masteel in Anhui Province,a solution of pneumatic assisted flow clearing system is proposed. By analyzing the mechanical properties of the material and the structure of the warehouse,it is found that the increase of the internal friction angle of the material and the chemical reaction of the sulfide are the main reasons for the blockage. The designed pneumatic flow supporting system adopts the instantaneous injection technology of compressed air. Through layered arrangement of nozzles and automatic control,the friction resistance be⁃ tween materials is effectively reduced and the sintering block is destroyed. The practical application shows that the system significantly improves the fluidity of the silo,increases the effective volume utilization rate from 40% to 80%,avoids the safety hazards of manual clearance,and achieves the production goal of high efficiency,safety and environmental protection.
