内蒙古某石英矿提纯试验

Purification Experiment of a Quartz Ore in Inner Mongolia

摘要: 为了高效利用内蒙古某石英矿,针对该石英矿杂质矿物多、铝硅难分离的问题,在矿石 性质研究的基础上,确定了分选的关键技术参数。采用擦洗脱泥—磁选—浮选物理提纯工艺可获得 SiO2品位 99.29%,杂质中 Al含量 0.25%、Fe含量 0.03%、Ba含量 0.06%、Ti含量 0.02%、K含量 0.13%、S 含量0.02%的石英精矿。石英精矿采用化学提纯工艺,在盐酸浓度30%、氢氟酸浓度30%、混合药剂 比为m 水∶m 盐酸∶m 氢氟酸=5∶3∶2、矿浆液固比3 mL/g、搅拌强度200 r/min、浸出温度90 ℃、浸出时间2 h的 条件下,可获得SiO2品位99.923 7%、杂质元素的总量763 μg/g的高纯石英砂精矿,实现了石英矿的高 效利用。

Abstract: In order to make efficient use of a quartz ore in Inner Mongolia,the key technical parame⁃ ters of separation were determined on the basis of the study of ore properties,aiming at the problems of many impurity minerals and difficult separation of aluminum and silicon in the quartz ore. Quartz concen⁃ trates with SiO2 grade of 99.29%,Al content of 0.25%,Fe content of 0.03%,Ba content of 0.06%,Ti content of 0.02%,K content of 0.13% and S content of 0.02% can be obtained by desliming-magnetic sep⁃ aration-flotation physical purification process. Quartz concentrate was purified by chemical purification pro⁃ cess. With the hydrochloric acid concentration of 30%, hydrofluoric acid concentration of 30%, mixed re⁃ agent ratio of water, hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid is 5∶3∶2, slurry solid ratio of 3 mL/g, stirring intensity of 200 r/min, leaching temperature of 90 °C and leaching time of 2 h, high purity quartz sand con⁃ centrate with SiO2 grade of 99.923 7% and total impurity elements of 763 μg/g can be obtained. The highly effective utilization of quartz ore is realized.
