边缘计算技术在智慧矿山建设中的应用

摘要: 随着智慧矿山建设的深入推进,传统集中式云计算架构在海量异构数据处理中面临着 响应延迟、算力不足等挑战。提出了一种基于边缘计算技术的智慧矿山数据处理系统架构,通过算 力资源下沉与分布式智能,实现矿山环境数据的实时监测、高效处理与安全存储。该系统采用3层分 布式架构,包括智慧终端层、边缘计算层和智慧云端。智慧终端层通过多网融合技术(LoRaWAN、 WIFI、5G/4G及北斗卫星通信)确保复杂环境下数据传输的可靠性;边缘计算层作为核心枢纽,依托 边缘网关实现数据采集、预处理、异常检测(如孤立森林算法)及本地存储,显著降低延迟并提升安全 性;智慧云端则整合多源数据,通过可视化界面支持决策管理。典型应用场景(环境监测、边坡预警、 人员定位)验证了该系统在提升生产效率、保障安全生产方面的有效性。边缘计算技术能够有效解 决智慧矿山建设中的数据实时性、稳定性与安全性问题,为矿山智能化转型提供了创新解决方案。

Abstract: With the deepening of the construction of smart mines,the traditional centralized cloud computing architecture faces challenges such as response delay and insufficient computing power in massive heterogeneous data processing. An intelligent mine data processing system architecture based on edge com⁃ puting technology is proposed. Through the sinking of computing resources and distributed intelligence,the real-time monitoring,efficient processing and safe storage of mine environmental data are realized. The sys⁃ tem adopts a three-tier distributed architecture,including smart terminal layer,edge computing layer and smart cloud. The intelligent terminal layer ensures the reliability of data transmission in complex environ⁃ ments through multi-network fusion technologies (LoRaWAN,WIFI,5G/4G and Beidou satellite communi⁃ cation). As the core hub,the edge computing layer relies on the edge gateway to realize data acquisition, preprocessing,anomaly detection (such as isolated forest algorithm) and local storage,which significantly reduces latency and improves security. The smart cloud integrates multi-source data and supports decision management through a visual interface. Typical application scenarios (environmental monitoring,slope warn⁃ ing,and personnel positioning) verify the effectiveness of the system in improving production efficiency and ensuring safe production. The edge computing technology can effectively solve the problems of real-time, stability and security of data in the construction of intelligent mines,and provide an innovative solution for the intelligent transformation of mines.
