地面定向钻孔区域注浆技术在底板承压水害治理的应用#br#

摘要: 华北型煤田煤系底部奥陶系及太原群岩溶含水层富水性强、水压高,隔水层薄,承压水 严重威胁煤矿企业的安全生产。以某矿带压开采工作面为背景,分析得出9303工作面底板突水系数 为0.094~0.126 MPa/m,开采会受到承压水害威胁;采用地面定向钻孔区域注浆技术,对奥陶系石灰岩 顶面下 12~30 m 目标含水层进行治理。结果表明,隔水层厚度增加为 45.22~64.60 m,突水系数降低 为0.073~0.085 MPa/m,满足行业规范的要求,实现了承压水上安全开采。

Abstract: The Ordovician and Taiyuan Group karst aquifers at the bottom of the coal measures in the North China-type coalfield have strong water abundance,high water pressure,and thin aquifuge. The confined water seriously threatens the safety production of coal mining enterprises. Based on the back⁃ ground of the mining face with pressure in a mine,it is analyzed that the water inrush coefficient of the floor of the 9303 working face is 0.094~0.126 MPa/m,and the mining will be threatened by confined wa⁃ ter damage. The ground directional drilling area grouting technology is used to carry out treatment for the target aquifer of 12~30 m below the top surface of Ordovician limestone. The results show that the thick⁃ ness of the aquifuge is increased by 45.22~64.60 m,and the water inrush coefficient is reduced to 0.073~ 0.085 MPa/m,which meets the requirements of the industry standard and realizes the safe mining above the confined water.
