胶带机管控保护系统研究

福建某铁矿山胶带机数量十分庞大,为减少因胶带机频繁发生故障对生产造成的影
响,在分析了该矿山胶带机常见故障基础上,进行了胶带机管控保护系统研究与分析。结果表明,通
过基于光学三角测距原理的纵向撕裂检测技术,基于 AI 图像识别技术的皮带纵向撕裂检测方法,
DCS系统检测、电流异常突变检测、胶带机运行状态检测等技术的应用,可在皮带发生故障后第一时
间发现问题并采取有效措施防止事态的发展,尽早恢复生产,将皮带故障造成的损失最小化。

Research on Management Control and Protection System of Belt Conveyor

The number of belt conveyors in an iron mine of Fujian is very large. In order to reduce the
impact of frequent faults of belt conveyors on production,based on the analysis of common faults of belt con⁃
veyors in the mine,the management control and protection system of belt conveyors is studied and analyzed.
The results show that the application of the longitudinal tear detection technology based on the principle of
optical triangle ranging,the longitudinal tear detection method of belt based on AI image recognition tech⁃
nology,DCS system detection,current abnormal mutation detection,belt conveyor running state detection
can find the problem in the first time after the belt failure and take effective measures to prevent the develop⁃
ment of the situation,resume production as soon as possible,and minimize the loss caused by the belt fail⁃

Abstract:

The number of belt conveyors in an iron mine of Fujian is very large. In order to reduce the
