新鸿发煤矿薄煤层采煤工作面切顶卸压留巷技术

以贵州地区薄煤层、高瓦斯采煤工作面回采为工程背景,为了提高采面煤炭资源采收
率、缓解矿井采掘接替紧张局面以及降低巷道掘进成本,提出将切顶卸压技术应用到回采巷道留巷
中。结合新鸿发煤矿1k302运输巷现场地质条件、布置情况等,介绍了薄煤层工作面切顶卸压留巷的
施工工艺等,并通过监测顶板下沉情况,分析切顶卸压留巷效果。工程应用表明,在1k302运输巷采
用的切顶卸压留巷技术方案效果显著,留巷段顶板最大下沉量控制在146.4 mm以内,留巷效果显著,
为矿井煤炭安全高效回采创造了良好条件。

Roof Cutting and Pressure Relief Technology of Thin Seam Coal Face in Xinhongfa Coal Mine

Taking the mining of thin coal seam and high gas coal face in Guizhou as the engineering
background,in order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources at the mining face,relieve the tension of
mining replacement and reduce the cost of roadway excavation,the technology of roof cutting and pressure
is proposed to be applied to roadway retention. According to the geological condition and layout of 1k302
transportation lane in Xinhongfa Coal Mine,the construction technology of top cutting and unloading pres⁃
sure relief retaining roadway on the working face of thin coal seam are introduced,and the effect top cutting
and pressive relief is analyzed by monitoring the subsidence of roof. The engineering application shows that
the roadway retention technology scheme adopted in 1k302 transport lane has remarkable effect,and the
maximum subsidence of the roof in the roadway retention section is controlled within 146.4 mm,and the
roadway retention effect is remarkable,which creates good conditions for safe and efficient coal mining in

Abstract:
