选矿指标效率评价方法研究

摘要: 为了科学、有效、便捷地评价选矿技术指标的优劣,针对现有选矿行业指标评价方法 存在的弊端和局限性等共性问题进行了分析研究。通过数学公式推导,找出相关影响因素,建立 快捷、简便、适用性强的目标函数,运用新的目标函数对某铅锌矿选矿指标进行了分析评价。评价 结果表明:新的目标函数能够克服原矿性质波动影响而造成的选矿指标波动带来的评价体系不统 一的弊端,同时规避以往评价方法的弊端和局限性,实现了对选矿技术指标的科学、有效、便捷的 评价,从而为科学评价选矿指标分选效率提供依据,也为相关企业进行选矿指标评价提供技术参 考。

Abstract: In order to evaluate the pros and cons of beneficiation technical indicators scientifically, effectively and conveniently,analyzes and researches common problems such as the drawbacks and limita⁃ tions of the existing beneficiation industry index evaluation methods.Through the derivation of mathematical formulas,the relevant influencing factors are found out,and the objective function that is fast,simple and applicable is established,and the beneficiation index of a lead-zinc ore is analyzed and evaluated by using the new objective function.The evaluation results show that: the new objective function can overcome the disadvantages of the non-uniform evaluation system caused by the fluctuation of beneficiation index caused by the fluctuation of raw ore properties,and at the same time avoid the disadvantages and limitations of the previous evaluation methods. The scientific,effective and convenient evaluation of beneficiation technical indicators is realized,which provides a basis for scientific evaluation of beneficiation index separation effi⁃ ciency,and also provides technical reference for relevant enterprises to evaluate beneficiation indexes.
