瀑布式溜井在大红山铁矿二期工程中的应用

摘要: 大红山铁矿二期工程采用200 m高中段开拓,多段斜井胶带接力运输矿石,沿用无底 柱分段崩落法开采。因中段高度较高,集矿运输后的溜井较深,从最上部的卸载站到底部的破碎 站之间还有一个集矿运输水平。为保证深溜井下放矿石和卸载站运营安全及2 个集矿运输中段 同时生产,采用了瀑布式溜井布置形式,同时,将放矿系统结合在瀑布式溜井系统中,使溜井兼具 倒运矿石的功能,解决了大型矿山溜破系统连续生产的问题。现场使用情况和溜井监测结果表 明,除去围岩影响因素外,溜井基本属于正常冲刷破坏,瀑布式溜井在大红山铁矿二期工程的应用 是成功的。

Abstract: Dahongshan Iron Mine Phase II project adopts 200m high and middle section develop⁃ ment,multi section inclined shaft belt relay transportation of ore,and adopts sublevel caving mining with⁃ out sill pillar. Due to the high height of the middle section,the chute after ore collection and transportation is relatively deep,and there is a level of ore collection and transportation from the uppermost unloading sta⁃ tion to the crushing station at the bottom. In order to ensure the operation safety of the deep ore pass and the unloading station,and the simultaneous production of the two ore collection and transportation sec⁃ tions,the waterfall type ore pass layout is adopted. At the same time,the ore drawing system is combined in the waterfall type ore pass system,so that the ore pass has the function of transporting ore,and the prob⁃ lem of continuous production of the large-scale mine ore pass system is solved. The field application and the monitoring results of the chute show that,except for the influencing factors of the surrounding rock,the chute basically belongs to normal scouring damage,and the application of the waterfall chute in Phase Ⅱ project of Dahongshan Iron Mine is successful.
