某低品位石英型萤石矿选矿试验研究

摘要: 内蒙古某低品位石英型萤石矿石CaF2 含量29.36%,SiO2 含量为49.58%,主要有用矿 物为萤石,主要脉石矿物为石英、钾长石、铝硅酸盐矿物等;萤石较易解离,磨矿细度为-0.074 mm74.0%情况下已基本单体解离。为确定该矿石的浮选工艺,在条件试验、精选次数试验、开路试 验基础上进行了闭路试验。结果表明,试样在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm85% 情况下,以模数为2.3 的 水玻璃为抑制剂、工业油酸为捕收剂、碳酸钠为pH调整剂,采用1 粗2 扫5 精、中矿顺序返回流程 处理,最终可获得CaF2 品位为97.23%、回收率为87.16%、SiO2 含量为0.75%、CaCO3 含量为0.87%的 精矿,较好地实现了萤石的回收。

Abstract: A low grade quartz type flurite ore in Inner Mongolia contains CaF2 of 29.36% and SiO2 of 49.58%. The main useful mineral is fluorite,and the main gangue minerals are quartz,potash feldspar and aluminosilicate minerals and so on. Fluorite is easily dissociated and has been completely dissociated to monomer under the grinding fineness of -0.074 mm accounting for 74.0%. In order to determine the flota⁃ tion process of the ores,colsed-circuit flotation experiments was carried out based on conditional tests, times of cleaning and open-circuit flotation. The results showed that when the grinding fineness of -0.074 mm accounts for 85%,the concentrate with CaF2 grade of 97.23%,recovery rate of 87.16%,SiO2 content of 0.75% and CaCO3 content of 0.87% was obtained in the condition of adopting the flotation process of one roughing,two scavenging,five cleaning and middles returning in sequence. The sodium silicate with modu⁃ lus of 2.3,industrial oleic acid and sodium carbonate was regarded as depressant,collector and pH regula⁃ tor,respectively,which realizes the effective recovery of fluorite.
