杏山铁矿巷道掘进效率的影响因素与优化

摘要: 结合杏山铁矿地质条件和生产实际,分析巷道掘进过程中各道工序对巷道掘进速度 的影响,并采取有针对性的优化措施,从而提高掘进效率。针对岩石硬度较高的问题,将中心孔与 掏槽孔的距离由200 mm缩小到180 mm,掏槽效果显著提升;针对循环进尺效率低的问题,通过科 学计算,将66个炮孔优化为55个,使炸药单耗从2.65 kg/m3下降至2.35 kg/m3,掘进效率得到显著提 升。

Abstract: Combined with the geological conditions and production practice of Xingshan Iron Mine, the influence of each procedure on the tunneling speed in the tunnel excavation process is analyzed,and tar⁃ geted optimization measures are taken to improve the tunneling efficiency.In view of the problem of high rock hardness,the distance between the center hole and the undercut hole was reduced from 200 mm to 180 mm,and the undercut effect was significantly improved. Aiming at the problem of low cycle footage ef⁃ ficiency,through scientific calculation,66 blastholes were optimized to 55,which reduced the unit con⁃ sumption of explosives from 2.65 kg/m3 to 2.35 kg/m3,and the tunneling efficiency was significantly im⁃ proved.
