某露天转地下矿山采矿方法选择及工艺研究

摘要： 内蒙古某铁矿受采矿权平面范围限制，圈定的终了境界最低开采标高为1 500 m，露天残留矿体和深部矿体需要转入地下开采方式回收。提出无底柱分段崩落采矿法和分段充填采矿法2 种适合矿山开采技术条件的采矿方法，通过对矿山生产能力、设计利用矿量、投资成本、销售收入和国家产业政策等几个方面进行对比分析，最终选定了保安矿柱压矿量少、矿石回采率高、排土场及尾矿库占地面积小、能避免地表塌陷的分段充填采矿法。对选择的采矿方法进行工艺设计，确定了采场结构参数和回采工艺。

Abstract: An iron mine in Inner Mongolia is limited by the plane range of mining rights，and the minimum mining elevation of the final boundary is 1 500 m. The open-pit residual ore body and deep ore body need to be transferred to underground mining. Two mining methods，non-pillar sublevel caving min⁃ ing method and sublevel filling mining method，suitable for mining technical conditions are put forward. The mine production capacity，designed ore quantity，investment cost，sales revenue and national industri⁃ al policy are compared and analyzed. Finally，the sublevel filling mining method with less ore pressure， high ore recovery rate，small area of waste dump and tailings pond and avoiding surface collapse was select⁃ ed. The process design of the selected mining method is carried out，and the stope structure parameters and mining technology are determined.
