某金属矿井下有轨智能无人运输系统研究与应用

摘要: 针对某金属矿井下有轨运输采用人工驾驶、人工放矿的传统运输方式,研发井下有 轨智能无人运输控制系统。采用无线通讯、自动控制、机车自主调度控制、激光雷达、监测监控、安 全监测故障诊断等技术,对电机车进行变频及自动控制改造,在有轨运输线路构建无线传输网络, 同时对井下装卸系统、道岔信号系统等进行开发设计,实现了井下有轨运输系统从装矿到卸矿全 流程的智能化、无人化和高效化。自建成后,井下有轨智能无人运输控制系统运行稳定、安全可 靠,同时运输效率较原系统有较大幅度提升,整个运输过程中无需人为干预,撤消了岗位人员,大 大节约人工成本,极大地改善了操作工的劳动环境,同时提高了矿山智能化水平,实现运输系统的 本质安全化。井下有轨智能无人运输控制系统在某金属矿成功应用,符合国内非煤地下矿山建设 “机械化、自动化、智能化”工作要求,为其他矿山智能化的成功建设提供了实践经验。

Abstract: Aiming at the traditional transportation mode of manual driving and manual ore drawing used in underground rail transportation of a metal mine,the underground rail intelligent unmanned trans⁃ portation control system is developed. Wireless communication,automatic control,locomotive autonomous dispatching control,laser radar,monitoring and monitoring,safety monitoring and fault diagnosis technolo⁃ gies are adopted to transform the frequency conversion and automatic control of the electric locomotive, build a wireless transmission network on the rail transport line,and develop and design the underground loading and unloading system and turnout signal system,so as to realize the intellectualization,unmanned and high efficiency of the whole process from loading to unloading of the underground rail transport system. Since its completion,the underground rail intelligent unmanned transportation control system has been op⁃ erated stably,safely and reliably,and the transportation efficiency has been greatly improved compared with the original system. There is no need for human intervention in the whole transportation process,and the post personnel have been removed,which greatly saves labor costs,greatly improves the working envi⁃ ronment of operators,improves the intelligent level of mines,and realizes the intrinsic safety of the trans⁃ portation system. The successful application of underground rail intelligent unmanned transportation control system in a metal mine meets the requirements of "mechanization,automation and intellectualization" in the construction of domestic non coal underground mines,and provides practical experience for the suc⁃ cessful construction of other mines.
