浸渍工艺对大规格石墨材料的影响研究

摘要: 为了提高石墨产品的性能,针对大规格石墨体积密度偏低和性能较差等问题,进行 了浸渍工艺研究。研究结果表明:采用软化点120 ℃的改质煤沥青为浸渍剂,在浸渍温度210 ℃, 浸渍压力2.5 MPa,浸渍时间6 h及冷却压力3.0 MPa的条件下进行1 次浸渍,大规格石墨制品增重 率和体积密度分别达到14.12%和1.828 g/cm3的较佳水平。经焙烧后,浸渍剂挥发致使制品体积密 度下降,为此研究了浸渍焙烧次数对制品体积密度的影响,确定采用两焙一浸工艺路线,制品可达 到体积密度1.794 g/cm3的较好水平和最大的综合效率。

Abstract: In order to improve the performance of graphite products, the impregnation process was studied for the problems of low bulk density and poor performance of large-size graphite. The results show that when the modified coal tar pitch with a softening point of 120 ℃ is used as the impregnating agent, and the impregnation temperature is 210 ℃, the impregnation pressure is 2.5 MPa, the impregnation time is 6 h and the cooling pressure is 3.0 MPa, the weight gain rate and bulk density of large-scale graphite products reach 14.12% and 1.828 g/cm3, respectively. After roasting, the impregnating agent volatilizes, resulting in a decrease in the bulk density of the product. Therefore, the effect of the number of impregnation roasting times on the bulk density of the product was studied. It was determined that the two-baking and one-leach⁃ ing process was adopted, and the product could reach a better level of bulk density of 1.794 g/cm3 and the maximum comprehensive efficiency.
