水峪选煤厂降介耗分析及优化措施

摘要: 为了降低水峪选煤厂二车间重介洗煤介耗,针对脱介筛和磁选机跑介的问题,进行 了磁选机磁性物回收率、煤泥脱除率和脱介筛筛面喷水结构、喷水压力、挡堰筛板分布试验研究。 试验结果表明:当脱介筛筛面喷嘴长短交错、增大筛面喷水压力、使用窄背宽弧形筛筛板和减少磁 选机入料中的煤泥含量时,介耗明显降低,预计介耗可降至1.0 kg/t 左右;在非技术损耗已降到最 低水平的同时,可通过优化脱介筛和磁选机工艺参数的方式降低介耗,提高选厂经济效益。

Abstract: In order to reduce the medium consumption of heavy medium coal washing in the second workshop of Shuiyu Coal Preparation Plant,aiming at the problems of medium removal screen and medium running of magnetic separator,the magnetic material recovery rate of magnetic separator,slime removal rate and water spraying structure of medium removal screen surface,water spraying pressure and distribu⁃ tion of weir sieve plate were studied. The test results show that when the length of the nozzle on the sieve surface of the medium removal sieve is staggered,the spray water pressure on the sieve surface is in⁃ creased,the narrow back width arc sieve plate is used,and the slime content in the feed of the magnetic separator is reduced,the medium consumption is significantly reduced,and the medium consumption is expected to be reduced to about 1.0 kg/t. While the non-technical loss has been reduced to the lowest lev⁃ el,the medium consumption can be reduced by optimizing the process parameters of the medium sieve and the magnetic separator,and the economic benefits of the plant can be improved.
