赵固二矿回采巷道注浆锚索超前支护技术研究与应用

摘要: 巷道围岩稳定性直接关系到煤矿安全、高效生产,为保障巷道围岩稳定,以焦作煤田 赵固二矿11012 工作面为工程背景,综合利用现场调研、岩石力学试验、理论分析、工业性试验等 手段,研究了回采巷道超前影响区域巷道顶板变形破坏特征,建立了上覆岩层-顶板-煤柱为统一 体系的力学模型,得到了巷道围岩顶板拉伸、剪切破坏的力学判据。在上述分析的基础上,提出了 适合本地质条件下的注浆锚索支护技术方案,应用后巷道围岩整体实现了高强全锚注一体化动态 耦合控制。

Abstract: The stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway is directly related to the safety and effi⁃ cient production of coal mines. In order to ensure the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway,the 11012 working face of the Zhaogu No.2 Coal Mine in Jiaozuo Coalfield is used as the engineering back⁃ ground.By comprehensively using the means of field investigation,rock mechanics experiment,theoretical analysis industrial test and so on,the deformation and failure characteristics of the roof of the roadway in the area affected by the advance of the mining roadway are studied.A mechanical model with the overlying stratum-roof-coal pillar as a unified system is established.The mechanical criterion for tensile and shear failure of roadway surrounding rock roof is obtained.Based on the above discussion results,a technical scheme of grouting anchor cable support suitable for local geological conditions is proposed.After using grouting anchor cable support,the overall dynamic coupling control of high-strength and full-anchor-grout⁃ ing integration of the surrounding rock of the roadway is realized.
