禾草沟煤矿沿空掘巷煤柱宽度及巷道断面设计

摘要: 小煤柱沿空掘巷可以提高煤炭回收率,减少顺槽受侧向支承压力的影响程度。采用 极限平衡理论和FLAC3D数值模拟对沿空掘巷进行计算研究,以获得更优的煤柱尺寸。结果显示: 当小煤柱宽度为6~10 m 时,沿空巷道处于采空区边界的应力降低区内,煤柱内存在弹性稳定区, 且零位移区域相对较大,巷道围岩变形量较小,因此选择10 m 作为最终实施宽度。考虑施工工 艺、顶板管理、支护要求特殊性及围岩完整性可能较大的实际情况,沿空巷道设计为稳定性更好的 圆角矩形断面,采用锚杆+锚索支护方案。禾草沟煤矿煤柱尺寸及巷道支护方案应用效果良好,为 本矿井及类似条件矿井提供了借鉴。

Abstract: The gob-side entry driving with small coal pillars can improve the coal recovery rate and reduce the influence of lateral abutment pressure on the groove. The limit equilibrium theory and FLAC3D numerical simulation are used to calculate the gob-side entry driving to obtain better coal pillar size. The results show that when the width of the small coal pillar is 6~10 m,the roadway along the goaf is in the stress reduction zone at the boundary of the goaf,there is an elastic stable zone in the coal pillar,and the zero displacement zone is relatively large,and the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is small. So choose 10 m as the final implementation width. Considering the particularity of construction tech⁃ nology,roof management,support requirements and the actual situation that the integrity of surrounding rock may be large,the roadway along the goaf is designed as a rounded rectangular section with better sta⁃ bility,and the bolt+anchor cable support scheme is adopted. The application effect of coal pillar size and roadway support scheme in Hecaogou Coal Mine is good,which provides reference for this mine and simi⁃ lar mines.
