Abstract: Tongling City is located in the south central part of Anhui Province，is a city along the Yangtze River.Carbonate rocks are developed in the area，with complex geological structures，and geologi⁃ cal disasters such as landslides，collapses，karst collapses are relatively developed.Based on the results of 1: 50 000 geological disaster investigation in Tongling City，the development types and characteristics of geo⁃ logical disasters is discussed in detail，the relationship between geological disasters and factors such as landform，karst and mines is analyzed，besides that，the development regularity of geological disasters is summarized.It can provide reference for the prediction and prevention of geological disasters in Tongling City.
