铁尾矿作为表土替代材料研究

摘要: 为了缓解高海拔严寒矿区表土稀缺对生态恢复的影响,针对铁尾矿与城市污泥进行配 比能否作为表土替代材料的问题,进行了不同种类铁尾矿与城市污泥混合后表土替代材料的理化性 质和在表土替代材料上种植植被的试验研究。试验结果表明:利用铁尾矿和污泥混合后作为表土替 代材料具有可行性;铁尾矿A与污泥混合后的表土替代材料有机质含量2.42%~15.60%,土壤密度 1.07~1.49 g/m3,满足《土地复垦质量控制标准》(TD/T1036—2013)中土壤肥力有机质大于0.5%和土 壤密度小于1.50 g/m3的要求;铁尾矿A与污泥按体积比9∶1混合后,作为表土替代材料效果最佳,植 物植被存活种类更多,植物生长高度和存活率更高。

Abstract: In order to alleviate the impact of surface soil scarcity on ecological restoration in high-altitude cold mining areas,whether the iron tailings to municipal sludge proportioning can be used as substitute material for surface soil was studied. The physical and chemical properties of surface soil substitute materials after mixing different types of iron tailings with municipal sludge and planting vegetation on surface soil substitute materials were studied. The test results show that it is feasible to use iron tailings and sludge as topsoil substitute materials. The organic matter content of the topsoil substitute material mixed with iron tail⁃ ings A and sludge is 2.42%~15.60%,and the soil bulk density is 1.07~1.49 g/m3,which meets the requirements of soil fertility organic matter greater than 0.5% and soil bulk density less than 1.50 g/m3 of "Land Reclamation Quality Control Standard"(TD/T1036-2013). When the iron tailings A and sludge were mixed at a volume ratio of 9∶1,it had the best effect as a topsoil substitute material,with more plant vegetation survival species,higher plant growth height and survival rate.
