白云鄂博排土场含铁围岩应用艾砂磨回收铁探索试验

Exploratory Test of Iron Recovery from Iron-bearing Surrounding Rock of Bayan Obo Dump Using Isa Mill

摘要: 为回收利用白云鄂博围岩排土场低品位铁资源,以排土场含铁围岩预先干选精矿为对 象,在全铁含量20.00%、磁性铁含量14.20%的基础上,采用阶段磨选工艺,进行了多流程对比试验研 究。试验结果表明:采用艾砂磨为二段磨矿设备,获得了铁品位66.60%、磁性铁品位65.60%、全铁作 业回收率89.09%、磁性铁作业回收率97.76%的铁精矿,为相关铁资源回收利用奠定了良好的基础。

Abstract: In order to recycle the low-grade iron resources in Bayan Obo surrounding rock dump,the pre-dry concentrate of iron-bearing surrounding rock in dump is taken as the object,a multi-process comparative test was carried out on the basis of total iron content of 20.00% and magnetic iron content of 14.20% by using the stage grinding process. The test results show that the iron concentrate with iron grade of 66.60%,magnetic iron grade of 65.60%,total iron recovery rate of 89.09% and magnetic iron recovery rate of 97.76% is obtained by using Isa mill as the two-stage grinding equipment,which lays a good foundation for the recovery and utilization of related iron resources.
