陕西某尾矿浮选回收铅金试验

摘要: 为了提高陕西某尾矿资源的综合利用率,促进矿山可持续发展,在工艺矿物学研究的 基础上开展了浮选探索试验研究。试验结果表明:在磨矿细度-0.074 mm77.41%,硫化钠为活化剂, 25#黑药和丁基黄药为组合捕收剂的条件下,经1 粗3 精2 扫闭路工艺流程,最终获得了铅品位 51.24%、金品位23.58 g/t、银品位173.03 g/t,铅回收率74.31%、金回收率69.96%、银回收率35.85%的 铅精矿,实现了该尾矿中铅、金、银等有价金属的高效回收,避免了二次资源的浪费。

Abstract: In order to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of a tailings resource in Shaanxi and promote the sustainable development of the mine, flotation exploration experiments were carried out on the basis of process mineralogy research. The test results show that under the condition of grinding fineness of - 0.074 mm 77.41%, sodium sulfide as activator, 25# aerofloat and butyl xanthate as combined collector, the lead concentrate with lead grade of 51.24%, gold grade of 23.58 g/t, silver grade of 173.03 g/t, lead recovery rate of 74.31%, gold recovery rate of 69.96% and silver recovery rate of 35.85% was obtained by one roughing three cleaning two scavenging closed circuit process. The efficient recovery of valuable metals such as lead, gold and silver in the tailings was realized, and the waste of secondary resources was avoided.
