绿色矿山建设背景下的露天矿山开采工艺研究

摘要: 传统露天矿山开采带来了一系列的环境、地质灾害及企地和谐问题。在绿色矿山建设 的背景下,为了解决露天矿山存在的种种问题,提出了绿色矿山露天采矿理念。对采矿工艺进行了 优化,提出了多境界开采、终了分段、剥离内排、控制爆破、推进方向、覆土覆绿等开采思路。以某实 际生产矿山为例,针对优化后可能存在的边坡问题,运用Slide 软件进行了边坡稳定性分析,得出边坡 能够保持整体稳定。优化后的采矿工艺符合绿色矿山建设要求,能够解决制约企业发展的周边环境 问题,矿山整体效益较好,对矿山企业的发展及生存具有重要意义。

Abstract: Traditional open-pit mining has brought a series of environmental problems,geological hazard problems and enterprise-locality harmony problems.Under the background of green mine construction,the concept of green mine open-pit mining is put forward in order to solve the problems existing in the open-pit mine. The mining technology is optimized,and mining thought of multi-boundary mining,final sublevel mining,stripping and internal drainage mining,controlled blasting,advancing direction,covering soil and greening are proposed. Using the actual production mine as an example,for the possible slope problems after optimization,slope stability is analyzed by Slide software,the slope maintains overall stability. Optimized mining technology accords with green mining construction requirements,and it can solve the surrounding environmental problems that restrict the development of enterprises. The overall benefit of the mine is good,which is of great significance to the development and survival of mining enterprises.
