岩巷机掘工作面抽出式通风除尘系统的设计与应用

摘要: 为了解决红柳林煤矿44205回风通道(岩巷段)综掘工作面掘进粉尘污染及通风问题,基于44205回风通道综掘工作面生产工艺、位置等的考虑,提出采用抽出式通风,并对影响除尘效果的抽风量及抽风口与迎头的距离进行了计算、分析。根据计算结果优选出型号为FBCD№9.0/2×30的抽出式风机,并使用直径为800 mm的负压伸缩风筒进行通风除尘。通过应用表明:在抽风口与迎头距离在3 m以内时,司机位置处全尘与呼尘最高分别仅为1.3 mg/m3和0.7 mg/m3,显著改善了工作面的生产作业环境。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of dust pollution and ventilation in the comprehensive excavation face of 44205 air return lane (rock lane section) at hongliulin coal mine,based on the consideration of the production process and location of the comprehensive excavation face of 44205 air return lane,the draft ventilation is proposed ,the air volume and the distance between the air inlet and the working surface are calculated and analyzed.According to the calculation results,the extraction fan of model FBCD 9.0/2×30 was selected,and a negative pressure telescopic air duct with a diameter of 800 mm was used.The application shows that:when the distance between the air inlet and the working surface is within 3 m,the maximum total dust and respirable dust at the driver's position are only 1.3 mg/m3 and 0.7 mg/m3,which significantly improves the working environment of the working face.
